Dick joined Northfield in 2000 with over 15 year's experience in both trading and modeling financial products. Positions included Vice President at The First National Bank of Chicago, Vice President at Lehman Brothers, Inc., Associate Director at Bear Stearns and Company, and Business Development Manager at Chicago Investment Analytics, Inc. Previous responsibilities included client service, sales, marketing, management of derivative foreign exchange operations and quantitative alpha modeling. His practical experience in the trading industry allows Dick to maintain a pragmatic perspective in the application of Northfield's services.

Dick has a B.A. degree from Michigan State University.
