Kathy is our Business Manager and is responsible for all of the financial and administrative operations. She also manages Northfield's seminars and workshops.

Prior to joining Northfield, Kathy was the Director of Finance and Administration for the Center for Quality of Management, offering educational programs, advising services, and networking events. Prior to CQM, Kathy was the CFO/COO of Boston Computer Society where she headed up all management and financial responsibilities.

Kathy graduated from the University of Lowell with a B.S. in Accounting and received her MBA in Management Information Systems from Bentley College.
