Steve is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients and working with the product development areas in expanding Northfield’s product line.

Steve has over 25 years of investment experience. Most recently, he spent 8 years as a principal with State Street Global Advisors where he was responsible for globally overseeing the performance and attribution of all their assets. Prior to SSGA, Steve was previously associated with Northfield, Contravisory Research Corp, an investment management and research company, and William Mercer & Company, an actuarial consulting firm.

Steve has an AB degree in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in finance from Northeastern University. Steve is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is currently active in various aspects of the examination process. He is also a member of the Boston Security Analyst Society where he has served as Vice President of Education and is currently chairman of the Performance and Attribution Subcommittee.
