Youhong is a programmer and systems analyst at Northfield. She works on software development including GUI development, system programming and bug fixing. Youhong is also responsible for development and support of Northfield's installation routines including designing, implementing and updating Northfield's Web Install.

Prior to joining Northfield, she was a graduate assistant in the Computer Science Department of Fitchburg State College. She designed and implemented the CS department student's database and graphic user interface. She was also involved in maintaining and upgrading the CS department's NT, UNIX network.

Youhong received her MS in Computer Science from Fitchburg State College and BS in Applied Physics from Hunan University of China.
