Previously the head of Northfield's tech support department, Howard's new duties include researching various financial techniques that apply to Northfield's core product offerings. Howard also helps out in Northfield's consulting area on an as needed basis.

Prior to joining Northfield, Howard worked as a research assistant in the Hearing Research Laboratory at Boston University where he worked on the development of the webpage and assisted in converting code for web use.

Howard has an MS in administrative studies with a concentration in financial economics and a BS in biomedical engineering from Boston University.
